Time shift in field Create_Time of SAP CRM Case

Hi experts !,

We have a time shift of +6 hours in field Create_Time when saving on table SCMG_T_CASE_ATTR that casuses trouble with Result List as seen in the attached picture.

I want to notice that running report RSDBTIME in our server shows correct date-time:

Universal Time Coordinated UTC....: 1490802163

Date and time of database.........: 29.03.2017 09:42:43

Notice our Service Orders: Created_At field is saving correct time in table CRMD_ORDERADM_H.

I have seen this Wiki but is about Trade Promotions dates:

Please help me to correct our Create_Time field when saving CRM Cases, Thank you!

Hi experts !,

I have just realized the Case Result List is correct, but there is a different timestamp in our saved field Create_Time (UTC).

I found this -> https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/1155579 by the moment this will help us to make consistent reports.

Please suggest how to save the Cases in our timestamp (CST). Thank you!
