Hi,

When I try open link like http://<host>:<port>/sap/monitoring/SystemInfo, I get error:

Service cannot be reached

What has happened?

URL http://sapserv:8002/sap/monitoring/SystemInfo call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available.

Where can I activate corresponding service?

System info - Netweaver 04 (640)

Port and host is correct. I use link http://sapserv:8002/index.html first and then click on System Information.

Hello Sergio,

The port for the SystemInfo isn't the same you need use the J2EE HTTP port.

Go to the SMICM transaction code, in the menu : Goto / HTTP Server / Display Data.

Now you can see the J2EE HTTP port for example : 50100.

the url should be :

http://sapserv:<J2EE HTTP PORT>/sap/monitoring/SystemInfo
