Hi,
We are using auto reaction method, SALO_EMAIL_IN_CASE_OF_ALERT, to send emails from CEN.
Is there a way to change the standard text in the body of the email?
We would like to forward critical alert emails to a helpdesk that can automatically log the problem, but the operators cannot make any sense out of the current alert email.
Regards,
CJ
Hi Cornelious:
We have done this by changing the code of FM SALO_EMAIL_IN_CASE_OF_ALERT; our case was pretty similar to yours. You can copy the FM to a Z based or you can directly change the original, keep in mind the countermeasures of doing that.
Hope this helps!
Regards,
Federico

Hi Cornelius,
Well, such a function goes far beyond the imagination of a developer that someone could need it...I'm sorry to tell you, but there's no way to do this, except writing your own code.

Pascal
