I inadvertently changed a connection to a trusted connection in Crystal Reports by clicking trusted connection when entering the login information. It doesn't like this once it is save to BI because the report will no longer work there. How do I remove the trust from this connection in Crystal so I can resave the report without it.

Go to CMC > right-click the Report > Select Database Configuration.
Use 'custom database configuration' with either OLEDB/ODBC.
