hi.
i have activated services:
/sap/bc/srt/rfc/sap/ICT_SERVICE_DESK_API
/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/dswp_wd_sol2sap_tree_app
/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/ai_service_connections
/sap/bc/bsp/sap/solman
/sap/bc/bsp/sap/solutionmanager
/default_host/sap/public/bc/webdynpro/mimes
/sap/public/bsp/sap/htmlb
but when i trying test their they not working - opened internet browser with message : the page cannot displayed. Please, help me anybody.

to be sure, right click on default_host, click on activate service and then on yes (the on with the symbol), then everything is activated.
Then navigate to sap - bc - bsp - sap - dswp and test service, if it doesn't work, check if the URL is correct, it should countain the full qualified host name, if not check with RZ10 if the parameter icm/host_name_full is set.

i checked transaction SOLUTION_MANAGER_BSP. it doesn't work. url : http://<full_host_name>:<port>/sap/bc/bsp/sap/dswp_bsp?sap-client=200 displayed in internet browser.
If you go to transaction SOLUTION_MANAGER / Operations Setup / Solution Landscape you should get a menu of items (e.g. System Landscape Maintenance, Project Scoping, etc.) on the lower right side of the screen that include some icons. This menu is created by a BSP. If you see this menu and its icons, then BSP's can run on your system. Can you see this menu? You will have to create at least one Solution for this to work.
If you don't see it, you first need to make sure that your full_host_name and port profile parameters are correct.
You didn't mention whether you received an authentication popup when you ran the BSP's directly on your server. I always receive an authentication popup, but this may be because my web server is on Unix.
The "The page cannot be displayed" message in your browser isn't very useful for debugging. At the bottom of that page should be a more meaningful message such as "Cannot find server or DNS error".

Authentication popup not displayed. Platform - Windows Server 2003.

Your answer is right there. Your proxy server is blocking access to your Solution Manager web server. Proxy server configurations are very site specific so you may need to contact your local networking experts to resolve this. You might be able to fix the problem yourself by adding the Solution Manager web server to your proxy server bypass list in Internet Explorer (in IE go to Tools / Internet Options / Connections / LAN Settings / Advanced and add the server to the exceptions).
can you visit the start page at the server?
8001 is the service port of MY SLM icman.
And I install SLM use default configure,all service on single server.

Please try to add the hostname into the Internet explorer: Tools->InternetOptions>Connections>Lansettings->Advanced--> Exceptions
In the exceptions give the complete hostname withe domain and then test the service.
similarly add the entries of hostname, IP address in the hosts file of your local PC.
This should solve as per your question.
