PI adapters are grey, adapter engine is blank for some adapters

I have installed PI NW SR1 and ran post processing. I have checked the adapters in Visual admin and they are all there. However they are grey in the adapter monitoring. Also the adapters in the comm channel are available but the adapter engine is blank.

I ran the CTC post processing and it was successful.

Thanks

Mikie

    Hi,

Normally, when the first messages flows through these adapters, they change from Grey to Green or Red as per their status. When the status of adapters is grey, it implies that no message has been processed by them. Just run a simple scenario and you will find the adapters status to change.

    Hi,

Usually adapters with grey led in adapter monitoring represent, communication channels that are inactive.

Recheck the communication channels in ID to see if they are active.
