I have cost center and gl account in the row drilldown. The hierarchy is activated for gl account. For all characteristics results are "NEVER" suppressed. After the query is executed, the following is observed.
CC1-GL_Node1-100
CC1-GL_Acc1-100
CC1-GL_Node2-50
CC1-GL_Acc2-50
CC1-Result-150
CC2-GL_Node1-75
CC2-GL_Acc1-75
Result row is missing for CC2. If I de-activate the hierarchy on gl account the following is observed as expected.
CC1-GL_Acc1-100
CC1-GL_Acc2-50
CC1-Result-150
CC2-GL_Acc1-75
CC2-Result-75
Obviously, the "result" row appears even if there is a single row. But when a hierarchy is active it is not the case. Users need the hierarchy active as well as the results row for each cost center. Are there any settings that help me achieve this? Hope my explanation is clear. I will assign points to all the helpful posts.
Hello,
I have noticed as well that when using hierarchies that results rows can be suppressed. This is normal behavior since the result row isn't dynamically calculated when navigating the hierarchy, thus users can misinterpret the results row when navigating.
I know that doesn't provide a solution to your problem, but perhaps it makes the behavior a little clearer?
