Hi,

I have created an alert category with transaction "ALRTCATDEF" in client "100" but when I login to alert-configuration (rwb) the alert category that I have created before does not display.

So I have checked and I have found out that all alert-categorys appeared which where shown in the client 000, but the alert-categorys from client 100 do not display.

Can anybody help me please?

Dear Stefan,

There is a Option where we select the date till how long the Alert should be. Kindly check that Option.

Thanks for your answer.

I think, that our rwb works with client 000 because all alert-categorys are shown from this client (transaction ALRTCATDEF).

Where can I check this?

Dear Stefan,

In RWB -XI Alert Configuration Where you can find couple of conditions, that will help you to resolve the issue.

Hi,

In RWB there is some thing called update table click on the button it will bring all the Alert category you have created in the ALRTCATDEF. tyr this

If alerts have been created for client 100, then log on to the XI box of Client 100 from transaction SXMB_IFR . Maye your XI home page is that of the client 000. So, use SXMB_IFR from 100 and then open the RWB and check.

I have set in the exchange profil the wrong "client" of the rwb.
