How to Create Custom filter value for badi CRM_COPY_BADI in CRM?

I come across the requirement, where I have to Implement badi CRM_COPY_BADI.

Now when I try to Create custom implementation , system is asking for filter value.

I don't know which filter value I have to Pass. In some blog they have mentioned that we have to create custom filter value.

I don't know how to create custom filter value (routine) for implementation of filter BADI.

Kindly help me by providing link or steps to create custom filter.
