How to make of the "Name" field as a mondatory field ?

hi

we are developing a add on for B1

how to assign primarykey to “Name” field on an usertable ,because i will be using this field as mondatory and index in the table .is it possible

pls can u send sample code for this.

Hi Salah,

There should be no need to do this as the Name field on a user-defined table is already mandatory and indexed (primary key is Code but you should find a non-clustered index on the Name field as well). Incidentally, modifying SBO tables is not supported.
