App Desktop Vs. App PPC

Hi,

We have the scenario:

- Load the syncBO and data in the MI Client.

- Delete the data of syncBO in the Server.

- Sync MI Client.

Result:

- In desktop all perfect

- In PPC, after 1 hour the sync is gone.

Question:

Is there any different between app sync in desktop and ppc?

We are using SP16.

Hello Jo !

Basicly our problem are when we need to delete a SyncBO (SyncKey). Our SyncBO have 1.000 Header Item an each one 10 Item (Childrens) Total 10.000.

We're using a PPC with 64Mb RAM.

When the Mobile Server delete the 1.000 SyncKey (this occurs simultaneously) and the Mobile Client commit a Sync to receive this instruction, the process spend a lot of time (2 hours).

From a desktop, we spend only 10 Minuts.

This is all !!

Hi Talis,

Do you have any exceptions in the trace file or the sync log?

Also can you check if you find any exceptions in the jscpout file in the / folder of the PPC

could you be more specific on what you mean by

"In PPC, after 1 hour the sync is gone."?

do you mean that after you pushed on the sync button,

the sync status page is gone? or you mean otherwise?
