ImportX - Exception

Hi

I am using the import server to import material data into the MDM. In the distribution folder there are three exception types, importX, structuralX, and valueX. I am always getting an import exception. I am on SP04.

Does anyone know why an importX is thrown??

Hi Enc,

one example, why an Import error occurs, could be e.g. a violation of constraints, enforced by the repository structure, such as uniqueness.

When you look in the Exception logs in the directories "ImportX", "StructuralX" or "ValueX", you should be able to see an error code, describing, what was the problem with the record or file.
