Its 6.20 Patch 22 problem

Hi all,

We have just reinstalled our Its test system from 6.10 to 6.20 Patch 22.

We actually reinstalled both the OS on the servers (Dual Conf) and installed the Its software from scratch.

The new installation is a bit different than the 6.10 installation, using a lot of XML files, not using wgate.conf etc, so we have some problems finding our way in this.

We get a problem when we change some of our templates on the Agate, the changes will not take effect on the Web until we restart the Sap ITS Manager service on the Agate. This used to take effect right away before?

We have checked the services files on both the Agate and the Wgate, and they seem similar, we discovered that the XML files called ItsregistryD11.xml, were D11 is the name of one of our instances, just appeared on the Agate, (on the Config directory) , so we copied this into the Wgate - Config directory, is this correct??

Anyone has any idea what the problem could be here?
