did you check out the Gartner / forrester web sites...

also check out bpmi.org , they will have multitudes of white papers on the same.

and also BPM is not a suingle market , there are multitudes of segments like

Business Actvity Monitoring (BAM)

BPM

Busines Process Re-Engineering

Change Management software... etc etc...

I would suggest that you figure out what you want to know and then trusty google should be upto the task...

Market Share: BPM Pure-Play and BRE Software, Worldwide, 2005-30 August 2006-Michele Cantara

"The top 10 business process management pure-play software vendors worldwide accounted for 60% of total software revenue for this market in 2005. Share in the business rule engine market is more highly concentrated; total BRE software revenue for the top 10 vendors accounted for 82% of this market."
