Your RFC destination definition is not working. You can check it in SM59 (identify the connection for the source system, and double-click, on the details screen check 'logon').

Likely the user is locked, or system is unavailable. Try to login to the source system directly, and check system log in SM21, that should give you some pointers to the likely cause.

    Hello SDNSAP P,

    You can go to RSA1,

    Go to 'Source Systems'

Right click on your source system and choose 'Check'
