fiscal year period

i am entering the value of fiscal year period variable in BEx as 010/2006.

In ABAP does it will take it as 010/2006 or 2006010?

What is the data type u r using.

its a fiscal year period variant an BW side.

Hi,

Inside the program it will be treated as 2006010, but in the output it will be 010/2006 if you using the correct data type for period..
