Hide (can be shown) option

Hi all,

For a selection in a structure i have a option Hide (can be shown). How do i see the hidden column if i want to? Do i need to go to the local definition and say show the column? Or is there a way to show the hidden one without going to the local definition, i mean one click away.

Thanks,

Mav

    Hi Mav,

You can also do this by right clicking on your KF structure in the Filter area of the report and choose Select Filter Value. Then you can move over the 'hidden' KF as reqd.

    Hope this helps...

You mean run-time, right? And Excel, not Web based interface, I suppose? Then, yes, it is ennoying but you have to go to local definition and check/uncheck there.

Other then that, you might think about some Visual Basic code in your Excel, but I am not master in this metter 😊
