Invalid RID: No repository manager found for prefix: /documents

Hi,

I am using EP6 SPS14 on WAS 6.40.

I am getting the following error on my Home Page in the Portal :

"Invalid RID: No repository manager found for prefix: /documents".

I am not being able to see any documents or check whether the Repository manager is running or not.

Nothing is working.

It was working fine till yesterday.

I have not done any changes except that i detached the "tbp" service form "/documents" and attached it back again and restarted the server.

Pls help me on this ASAP.

You can look in Systemadministration/Monitorin/Knowledge Management\Component Monitor\Repository Managers if yor Repository Manager is running. If it is listed there an the status is green, it works fine, if not you have a general problem and i suggest a restart if possible.

If the Repository Manager is green there you should have a look weather you hav a Security Manager activ. If yes, deactivate it an test it again. Sometimes a Security Manager causes the described Problems if it doesnt work.

Note 943541 resolves this issue if your KM throws an exception while starting.

Hi,

Can you enter in KM Content ? or you are having the same error.

Do you have this problem after deploy a par file developed by you ?
