Externally accessing portal.

Hi All,

I wanted to know what are the specific requirements client machines need to have to externally access portal. ie does JVM need to be present on client machine? Does JavaScript need to be enabled? What is the oldest version of a browser can they have?, and which browsers are compatible with EP6.0 SPS 17?

Feedback or directions to where I can obtain answers to these questions will be much much appreciated.
