Updating ZZ fields of DB table BUT020?

Hi Gurus,

I have enhanced table BUT020 following the document 'Business Data Toolset for Dialog Programs' I have found in SDN. Thus, I have created new fields for Address.

Now I have to do a program to load, from a file, address data of several business partner to complete them. On one hand I have the module function 'BAPI_BUPA_ADDRESS_CHANGE' to update standard fields. But how can I update zz fields of database table BUT020?? Is there any BAPI? Any suggestion?

Best Regards,

Rosa

    Hi Rosa,

May be you have to have your own implementation for the standard BAdI 'ADDRESS_UPDATE'.

Mostly, you need to have your implementation of updating your zz fields in BUT020 table using a Business address service(BAS) BADI which SAP provides.

Can you please try this out?

    Regards,

    Sudipta.

      Thanks Sudipta for your reply.

But I have solved myself using module functions 'BUP_MEMORY_BUT020_GET'

and 'BUP_MEMORY_BUT020_FILL', since after calling MF

'BAPI_BUPA_ADDRESS_CHANGE', the business partner is still in memory buffer.

      Regards,

      Rosa
