For our pan-european ESS (ERP 2005) implementation, we will have people who work in one country, but live in another! For example, we have employees living in Belgium, but working for the Luxembourg organisation. Their Molga is therefore 30 (Luxembourg):
1. How does ESS determine which country-specific address application to launch for an employee? Is it based on their molga?
2. Once editing an address, there is a "Country" drop down list, but it is greyed out! Can we activate this field with a change in config? If so, when you change it, does it apply the different postcode validation logic, and change the selection for region/county/state?
