Hi

I want to repack an HU which is in my warehouse. I found two sets of conif under: Logistics / HU Management / WH.

The first is to define the the repacking movement type for WH : I did set this up and it works great! I moved the stock with LT01 storage type 923 and did the repacking which then automatically created the TO with movement type 99.

My question is around the second config:

Define repacking storage bin for Warehouse number. I have defined this as storage type 998 with bin REPACK. However, the system never uses the storage type and bin in the repacking. I even removed the config and I can still pack and unpack using storage type 999.

So when and how does SAP use this config?

Thanks

Clayton

- Can you share the steps

I even removed the config and I can still pack and unpack using storage type 999. - Because in the first step we define the movement type 99 for the warehouse so it will accept packing / repacking from 999 as this also meet the criteria(Repack strorage type should be Non SU managed, no capacity check and no putaway strategy should be defined )
