Hello Team,

in our warehouse there is a new printer from "Autobag" Model PI412c was setup to print Labels on polythin covers. This printer also has thermal ribbon like zebra printer, But we are not sure how to configure this printer in SAP, and which device type should be supporting this, I didn't find any information regarding this in SDN or Google. we want to design a script or smart form and print labels through this printer just like zebra printer

please share your experience if any one has already integrated this kind of printer with SAP.For more details of this printer please look into the link

I had done a similar kind of development couple of years back, where we had to print stickers which the warehouse user will stick on the goods before moving it to the respective Storage location.

We used to fetch the data from SAP using a report program with a selection screen which downloads the notepad file to a specific path with a specific format.

Printer is configured to read the files from this path and prints the stickers.User collects the stickers and continues with tagging. The format of the notepad file is as mentioned below.....

Speak to the team which is responsible for Printers on what is their requirement to get the stickers Printed.
