Purchase order creation with BAPI having invoice plan

We are trying to create Purchase order with BAPI having invoice plan but I am facing issue in the same. Can you please provide the necessary fields that need to be filled to have Purchase order create with BAPI having invoice plan.

I am passing below values to Bapi. We are passing below values in bapi.

After that it gives error and ask to maintain header level invoice plan data .

In purchase order we normally add invoice plan at item level only.

Just look at your screenshot, the second field is already the invoice plan number, and the third field the invoice plan item.
