0FI_GL_04 - Re Init DELTA QUEUE

HI All,

Im working with 0FI_GL_04 extractor, and im facing with the following issue, yesterday the delta load failed (it was canceled in the source system) so i put the request in red status and deleted ; then i repeat the delta load but this time the load was ok with 0 records , and this is the problem, the delta does not bring the new/modified data !!

Which is the correct way to fix this?

Is there a way to re-init the delta queue ? how?

PLease, i will assign point asap !!!
