Hi Experts,
I have a question for all you geeks,
I know that we have LO cockpit extractors in which we do
1> Set-up tables
2> Load in BW
3> Delete set up tables
4> Then schedule daily jobs for LO extractors using LO cockpit
How things work for FI extractors
How do we do set up tables for them?
How do we schedule daily jobs for them?
What kind of delta we use for Fi extractors?
Can somebody enlighten me?
Any help will be rewarded with points.
Monica
Hi Experts I gone thru the numerous links sent by you,
From my understanding
1> There is no set-up table for FI extractors,
So whenever we are doing historical data load,
we are doing it by full load splitting it up into
smaller chunks (may be every quarter)
after we are done with historical data load we can initialize delta with out data transfer
2> Since we get only after image in Delta, which is run of time stamp from R/3 tables, we have to have ODS in between cube & Datasource for delta functionality.
Please correct my understanding if wrong.
Points will be definitely assigned.

Hi Monica,
Just to add..
1)There are no set-up tables..
basically we pull deltas based on selection for company code, fiscal year variant, doc types etc for AP or AR so that it would be easy to reload the delta if delta breaks..
For enhancements you need to go thru the SAP note 401646.
