Hi,

I’m using Information Design Tool (IDT) to implement one of the Oracle Analytical function - Lag(,) Over(Order by ()) in a Derived table of the universe.

But it’s not working and I’m getting error as “Analytical function 'LAG' is unknown”.

Below are the details of the tool, I’m using, for which error occurs:

Information Design Tool 4.2

Version: 4.2 Support Pack 3 Patch 2

Can someone help me or confirm whether this is a bug/known issue in this version?

Yes. This issue happens for all analytics functions, since those functions are not available in IDT. But these functions are available in UDT.

Previous function can used only at report level. But i need them in IDT because i'm using that function in derived table and joining them with other tables.
