Configuration of LDAP through the Console

I am trying to create a customized object class to meet our specific needs on <b>LDAP - iplanet.</b> Everytime I try to add the customized object class to the users in an OU I get a message of Object class violation. I am not a programmer therefore I work out of the console.

I need help as I need to configure LDAP to receive HR data that is then going to be sychronized with our CUA master client for user creation.

Were you able to get the specific HR data sychronized with LDAP? We are working on this now and would like to know how you managed this task. THANKS
