Provide info regarding getting the running totals in the Bex report.

Hi Experts,

Pls Help!

Below is the current report

In the Row section, there are many info-objects like (Buisness unit, Super product Line , product_Line) and in column section, we have Fiscal year period and Key figure "Quantity"

The data in report looks like

BU | SPL | PL | 1/2006 | 2/2006 |<Running Total>

A | B | C | 100 | 100 | 200

A | B | D |100 | 100 | 400

A | B | E |100 | 100 | 600

How will I get the running total ??

Any help will be appreciated in this regard.

Hi,

Place Keyfigure structure after Fiscal Year Period in columns. i.e. Time char in the first place followed by KeyFigure Structure...

Instead of overall result(which appears on the right hand side), I want to show the cummulated result in the report.

so you dont want individual values for each year?

to get cumulated value,without individual values,you can use a structure for fiscal year period in columns...

create a structure in columns>right click>new selection-->drag and drop Fiscal year period.

then you will get only cumulated values for all keyfigures.

why dont you Provide your example with some odd numbers instead of 100,200,...etc?

Are you adding 1 + 2 then doing a running total on the sum? It looks like you are only doing it on 1 KF.

Hi Steve,

No there are 2 KF's. For each period, both the KF's are shown. I want to see only the cumulated KF for all the periods.

whereas I need to show as--
