Bapi or function module to link documents

Hi gurus,

I am looking for a BAPI or a function module to link documents in CRM.

Basically we have created first the child's documents, and afterwards the parent documents. Considering these docs only the children documents are replicated to R/3.

To create docs we have used BAPI create multi.

Now our goal is to find a function module or BAPI to link those documents, without creating the follow-up docs, due to the fact that BAPI_create_multi, create as well docs. [<u>b]We want to avoid this second creation</b></u>, because we have already created such type of docs.

Any suggestion regarding this matter will be welcomed.
