    Hi Kit,

The templates are not installed with the add-on. Instead, you have to run an installation on the server which adds the templates. The program is available in the same package as the main add-ons download, which you can download from the SAP Marketplace. I don't believe you can download this installer separately. In 2005A (SP1) it's called the Server Installer but I believe it was called something different in earlier versions 😔 In either case, there should be a Setup.exe in the folder that needs to be run on the server (outside of SBO) which will add the templates to the B1_SHR (or SBO_SHR for earlier versions) share on the server.

    Hope this helps,

    • Hi Federico,

As per my previous post, the installer file for loading the template files is included in the main add-ons download.

For 2005A SP1 this is B12005ADDONS01_0-20001434.ZIP which can be found by doing the following:

      1) Browse to installation and updates section of the SAP Marketplace (

      2) Expand SAP Business One Products on the left hand menu and choose Installations

      3) On the main page click on the link for SAP Business One 2005 and then SAP Business One 2005A.

      4) Once the screen has refreshed, click on Installation and then your database platform (eg SQL Server)

      5) Click on the downloads tab and the file you need is called SAP Business One Add-On 2005 SP01.

      6) Once that's downloaded, unzip it and run the Setup.exe in the ServerInstaller folder on the server. This installs the templates.

Obviously, for different versions of SBO, you'll need to find the correct version of the Add-ons download within the downloads site.

      Hope this helps,
