LO Extraction

HI ,

I am connecting BW server to our development server , when i use following transaction in my R3 Development side

LBWE->SD SALES BW ->EXTRACT STRUCTURES ->2LIS_11_VAHDR

and press to make it active i am getting error message

" <b>Data source 2LIS_11_VAHDR does not exist</b> "

What is the step to be taken to solve this problem.

HI ,

When i give to RSA5 and press enter, One information

" No valid appl component hierarchy exist " comes , if i press enter that it goes inside , but i can see lots of question marks symbols only (?????) in the menu bar , only Goto menu is available in menu bar with readable format . But all the data sources are displayed correctly with green color . If i select 2LIS_11_VAHDR ,and press transfer datasource , i get onw warning message

" <b>Warning occured seelog , message R8281</b> " .

Then nothing happens .

If i next go to LBWE , Same error is shown ....

I need your response ..

Hi,

Go to RSA6 and activate the extract structure and then try activating frm LBWE.

While activating from LBWE, it will popup for customising request, create one and go ahead.

Hope it solves ur pbm.

Hi Renjith,

Have you activated from SBIW the Application Component Hier under Business Content DataSources ?

After this setting you can go in RSA5 and activate your DS.

Then you can go in LBWE.

Go to RSA5 wherin u l find Business Content Datasources

U select the required one and activate it & start workin!!

Please tranfer the 2LIS_11_VAHDR from RSA5, then try to activate it.
