    Hi Arun,

Make sure whether you have assigned proper roles for the user in Back end(CRM). And also if you create new roles in backend make sure you have given authorization to BSP application..

    With Regards,

    Dear Everyone,

I have assigned both the proper roles for the test user in the portal & CRM backend however same problem is there

i thought maybe the error is security zones and i disapled security zones from the Java Visual Administrator but still the message appears.

I placed a permisson on the CRM folder for everyone role

I addedx the name of the Fully Qualified name of the WAS host once as a Trusted site and another as a Local intranet.

Does anyone have any suggestions other than the mentioned ones ?

    Dear Arun

Make Sure you added the role CRM Default Services to the User Group Everyone.

Goto Tools -> Internet options -> Security and then click on Local Intranet

Add the fully Qualified domain name of your CRM Web Application Server(ex:http://crm.sagia.gov)

Log on to the Portal by calling the fully qualified Domain

Name of your portal Server (ex: http://portal.sagia.gov)

I had the same error and this solved the problem for me.

    Regards,

    Ahmed Salah
