CSA_MASS_BUPA queue

Former Member

Hi Guys,

We are having our outbound queues from CRM to r/3 having a large number of entries with the queue name CSA_MASS_BUPA

W could not figure out how the queue was created since we dont have any queue registered with this name.

Now the sales orders created in CRM are not getting replicated to R/3 sicne they are piling up in the out bound queue.

so any guys faced the issue before and let me know how to solve it

Hi Krishna,

Reffer to the oss notes 580487 & 580647. These are regarding the MASS Queue deactivation.

Hi vikas,

The notes you mentioned are for the CRM 3.0 .

We are currently in CRM 4.0

When i checked the notes all the notes are mentioned for CRM 3.0

Thanks for the reply

Hi Krishna,

Yes you are right those notes are for CRM 3.0 but the customization needs to be done for deactivation of mass queue is same for 4.0 also. Also reffer to the related notes.

The mass queues can be deactivated by an entry in table SMOFPARSFA. This will definetly help you.

Hi Krishna,

I am facing the same problem.

How did you solve it.

As you mentioned there are a lot of genuine updates piling to this queue.

Before applying the note or making an entry in smofparsfa , did you clear the contents of the queue

The user updates in the queue are taking a really long time to process.

Cannot delete the whole queue as there are genuine updates piling to this queue.

Can you please help me with this.

Thanks .
