SAP NW Java Support Tool not connecting to Server after upgrade to 7.5

I am using the SAP NW Java Support Tool for our NW 7.4 JAVA server without any problems.

After the upgrade to NW 7.5 (latest Stack and Patches) the JAVA Support Tool is not connecting any more to the JAVA Server as he did before. I get the message: permission denied for the <SID>ADM user.

I checked the logs, but did not find any error.
