Integration C4C service categories from external database

Hi all,

in a service ticket in SAP Cloud for Customer aka Hybris Service Cloud, there are standard fields for:

Service Category

Incident Category

Object Category

Cause Category

Resolution Category

Is there any possbility to integrate these service categories via a webservice or ODATA? Our problem is, multiple people maintain these categories, error codes and solutions etc. in an external MYSQL database. To keep the values in sync, I do not upload a csv file every day. A way to integrate them via some kind of webservice or whatever would be a great solution.

Does anybody have experience in this or nows a way to integrate these standard fields from an external source?
