Questions Related to CRM_IC

Hi,

I'm new to CRM_IC (ICWEBCLIENT). I have installed CRM 5.0.

I'm trying to configure CRM_IC transaction. I checked the OSS note 722908. As per this note CRMS_IC_CHECK work with no problem. But when I execute CRM_IC transaction, in IE browser I can only see following buttons

"Reject" and "Warm Transfer" and "Telephone buttone (i.e Phone Channel Selector). I also see the Screen Title as "Interaction Center Webclient" and SAP Logo , Date and time Stamp on Lower right hand side....

But I do not see the Menu on the Left Hand side of the pasge , like

Interaction Record

Service Order

Sales Order

Knowledge Search

Document Search

Product Search

Campaigns

Fax

Letter

Call Lists

E-Mail

Unfinished E-Mails

Chat

Index

Scripts

Inbox

How I can make these menu visible on screen?

Is there trace file generated ?

Try this:

Go to Tools

Select Internet Options

Select Security

Click on Custom Level

In the security settings, scroll down to -

Access Data sources across domains

Select 'Enable' button

Also, scroll down to - Navigate sub-frames across different domains

Select 'Enable' button

Click on Ok

Click on Apply

This is likely happening due to web browser. If you are using IE 7, you may not see the navigation bar. Try with IE 6. Also I have also seen once you upgrade to IE 7 even after downgrading to IE6 it does not work. You should try it on machine which never had IE7.

Hi Sandeep,

Please first check whether your user name is assigned to the Org Structure for which IC Web profile is been assigned.

If not Please assign yourself(Login User) as a Business Partner in the Org structure thats been assigned to IC Web profile.

Maybe SAP Note Number 982129 is helpful: "Context Area is not visible in IC webclient 5.0"

Hi.

Check if you have actived the services for CRM_IC, CRMC_IC_DT_REP, CRMC_IC_RT_REP in transaction code SCIF on default_host\sap\bc\bsp\sap\ also check you are using the right Java Virtual Machine and the Internet Explorer Settings. For more information check url:

Check if you have proper "Funciton Profile ID" i.e. NAVBAR in Tcode "CRMC_IC_MAIN" for that IC WebClient Proifle and make sure you assigned the correct IC WebClient in Org Structure.
