Hi expert,
I am in a trouble to connect SAP system using java gui.
following is the connect infomation:
Preferences:
C:\Program Files\SAP Clients\SAPGUI for Java 7.00rev1
\gui\config.ini
config.ini:
@MESSAGESERVER = C:/Program Files/SAP
Clients/SAPGUI for Java 7.00rev1/gui/msg.ini
msg.ini:
PRD : /M/localhost/S/3900
When I try to create a new connection, and after selecting "PRD", the "Group/Server" shows "(none)". I don't know how to do.
The following is the information from "developer trace" from sapmmc for process "msg_server.EXE"::

trc file: "dev_ms", trc level: 1, release: "700"

After installation, I only can using http://localhost:50100 to get some general information. Did I need a java GUI to link the system and carry out some work like design a program?
If don't need, how can I do with the system?
thanks a lot!!

Hi Carlos,
I don't quite understand your question but...
If you finished your installation successfully and you want to logon to the R/3 Backend you need to use SAPGui for windows, if you want to access SAP via SAPGui for java you need to enable it in the backend and the access via http://localhost/scripts/wgate/webgui!
When you call http://localhost:50100 you are calling the j2ee engine page.
hope this help!
Juan
Please reward points if helpful
