Approval through mail in PO BPM

Hello Experts,

We are integrating a tool called e-sourcing with SAP ECC through SAP PO. The client's requirement is to flow a form for approval through PO BPM in which various approvers can add their comments and digitally sign the form.

So is their any way we can achieve this and is there any restriction of number of signatures that can be captured in a single form?

Please guide.
