Data extraction from R/3 : Selected number does not agree with transferred

Dear Experts,

We are in BI 7.0 with support package 8.

The data load in our Developement system was fine. Today we moved all the configs to production.

The RFC connection to our R/3 PRD systmes are fine.

Now when we try to load data to BW from R/3, the info package status is Yellow and gets time out.

The message in BW says "Data Package 1 : arrived in BW ; Processing : Selected number does not agree with transferred n".

Info IDoc 1 : sent, not arrived ; IDoc ready for dispatch (ALE service)

But i can see that the records are transferred to BI system. When i click on PSA, i can see those records.

But the data load status in still in Yellow.

In R/3 the IDOC status is 30 with messages

1. "No filters , No conversion , No version change ."

Is there any other solution for this?

Regards,

Ravindra

    Hi Ravindra,

Check space for Table Space via Tcode DB02 and a refresh before check, better if you ask directly to your basis team: it seems you have finished your space, so you have to enlarge table space.

    Ciao.

    Hi,

Another possible cause is that the IDoc is stuck at the source system. Try transaction SM58 and see if you can see any problem with the IDocs. If it is stuck (will have something like TRANSACTION RECORDED) you can hit F6 on that to execute it.

    Cheers,

This issue resolved for me by reducing the infopackage size to 1000 from 2000.

Infopackage ---> Scheduler ----> Default data transfer---> reduce the packet size
