PS BOM Transfer to Network Activities

Dear Experts

I have an issue on BOM transfer(CN33) to network activities.

In the WBS-BOM, same BOM appears in the multi-level BOM list ( please see Fig-1 ).
I want to assign M-0011 and M-0012 to NWA-1 and NWA-2 ( please see Fig-2 )
But result is those components were assigned to NWA-1 ( please see Fig-3 )

As a tentative solution, I create another BOMs related to M-0010, like M-0010-1, M-0010-2.

I think user exit development on CN33 are needed.
I hope someone knows nice solution which enable to assign those components to each activities, like Fig-2.

Reference point is correct!
I have tried BOM transfer(CN33) in our SAP system.

Because, M-0011 and M-0012 of M-0010 cannot be set both reference points(Ref-1, Ref-2) at same time.
Parent child Reference point
--------- ----------- ------------------
M-0010 M-0011 Ref-1
M-0010 M-0012 Ref-1
(or)
M-0010 M-0011 Ref-2
M-0010 M-0012 Ref-2

I asked my business partners, then one of them has same issue.
His solution was to develop add on program

Please have a check the reference point on your Network Activity template correctly
