SAP PI needs to communicate with Cloud application using REST(HTTPS) receiver channel. Cloud application has 4 certificates(1 root,2 intermediate & 1 base). base certificate has the CN with wildcard. All 4 certificates have been loaded to PI Trusted CA key store.
SAP PI version: 7.4 SP 11 patch 0
Using XPI inspector, below is the log.
-----------------------------------------
Begin
IAIK Debug:
ssl_debug(3): Starting handshake (iSaSiLk 4.5)...
ssl_debug(3): Sending v3 client_hello message to etpmdm-dev.apttuscloud.com:443, requesting version 3.1...
ssl_debug(3): IOException while handshaking: Connection closed by remote host.
ssl_debug(3): Sending alert: Alert Fatal: handshake failure
ssl_debug(3): Shutting down SSL layer...
ssl_debug(3): Closing transport...
----------------------------------
Tested another scenario to "howmyssl" api using REST service. Could see interface works fine with howmyssl website. But issue posting the data to cloud(Microsoft Azure).
Target system is not able to see any logs for the handshake.
Appreciate your inputs in resolving this issue.
Regards
Krishna
Try to set TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1 in xpi_inspector
