hi guys,

i am new tosap and recently certified. i am curious to know what is oss notes. how i can refer these notes.doi need any autjhorizations.pls help me

    Hi

    OSS NOtes will be provided by SAP, This you can access from http://service.sap.com/notes . But you need to have log in for this.

    If you have technical problem, you can search and find out are there any relavant notes available.

    also you can write to SAP and get the reply for your problem.

    Hi Giri,

    Since you are a certified consultant you should be getting your userid and password from SAP to log on to SAP portal.

    Generally userid will be the certificate number. If you have not recieved your id and password, pls contact course coordinator from Siemens/Gennovate.

    Usually you can use the error message number to search for relevant SAP notes or the error message text itself.
