Support for Windows 10 Mobile devices for Ultralite & Mobilink

Looking at SQL Anywhere 12.0.1 Components by Platform, I see Windows Mobile 5 or later is supported. However, there's no information on Windows 10 Mobile or it's relative "IoT Mobile Enterprise" version or Universal Windows Platform. Is there any additional information on whether these devices can run Ultralite and Mobilink? If so, what versions can we use? If I can find a JVM to run on these devices, I'd prefer to use the Java-based libraries. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

You may have a look at that FAQ in the SQL Anywhere Forum:

UltraLite and the Universal Windows Platform (UWP)?

I can't tell whether it really answers your question - but if not, I'd recommend to ask there, as well. It gets much more attraction from SQL Anywhere experts than this site IMHO.

For SQL Anywhere 12.0.1 on Windows 10, cf. the readme EBF, among others CR #800244.

Thanks, I'll give it a shot. I find it's a little hard to navigate these forums and determine where the best place is to ask technical questions like these. I was really hoping for Java on UWP but without a JVM, this may be a lost cause.

Please note that SQL Anywhere 12 is no longer an actively supported version of SQL Anywhere.

We do not provide a Java interface that can be used on these platforms. WinRT and Windows Phone support was added in SQL Anywhere 16.0 (build 1716 for Windows Phone 8 / Windows store 8 applications and build 2133 for 8.1) and WinRT 10 support was added in v17 - Windows Phone 8.1 should work on Windows Phone 10.
