Greetings fellow BW'ers...
We are increasingly running our queries in WEB Bex (WEB Analyzer). By default our queries invoke the 0analyzer template but I've been customising this by building my own adhoc_header templates and others and invoking them by using the &TEMPLATE_ID switch. This gives me all the Analyzer functionality with my customisation. I've aslo been invoking the 0analyzer template from my BSP's. I'm not sure if this approach is correct - feed back would be appreciated.
I'd like to make it more dynamic, store the text messages the users want to see in a library, Display messages based on the data provider being hit, or the user, or the query being run.
- has anyone done this?

You could have these message stored in a table or javascript include in the mime. Then you can have a default javascript include you use to show any relevant messages.

Go to transaction SPRO, and put in the name of your new default template instead of 0ANALYZER. That way, this will be your new default template.
