Portal admin tasks / Portal Monitoring

Hi,

I am new for EPP, and I would like to know tasks list for Basis person at EPP level. If any idea please let me know.

Also if possible please tell me performance & monitoring areas in EP.

Hi,

Some of the tasks are

1. Taking the online and offline backup

2. Shutdown and Starting of EP

Performance and Monitoring will be done by Portal administrator.

Login to Portal using system administrator id

Go to System admin --> System administration --> Monitoring
