UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION "CX_TRBA_FATAL_EXCEPTION" while posting accounting document in S/4 Hana system

While i am posting FI accounting document F-32 , I am getting dump while saving document.

What happened? Exception 'CX_TRBA_FATAL_EXCEPTION' was raised, but it was not caught anywhere along the call hierarchy. Since exceptions represent error situations, and this error was not adequately responded to, ABAP program 'CL_FQMD_AC_BANK_ACCOUNT=======CP' had to be terminated. and so on....
