Hi,

We included a color image with a white background, but when the invoice is printing, we find that there is a shade difference, although the background is white, the window background appears grey, kindly advise.

Upload the image in black & white, you will not get the grey shade.

Hi Viswanathan,

I doubt you may imported image with Black and White Bitmap Image option rather than with Color Bitmap Image.

Thanks,

SE78 converts bitmap image to 256 colors, that's why you see shade difference. Save the image as 256 color in mspaint and, correct the shades in mspaint and upload into SE78.
