XCM Error : ISA Framework: Internal Error: java.lang.NullPointerException

Dear gurus,

We have deployed the R/3 version of CRM ISA 4.0 service pack 11 on WAS 6.40 SP18 on Windows platform and MS SQL. When I try to do XCM configuration for b2b and shopadmin application, I choose the r3standardpi application setting from the SAP and create new. As soon as I save the new configuration, I get the error message on my screen : ISA Framework: Internal Error: java.lang.NullPointerException. Also, when I try to create customer components like JCO, shop, basket, UI details, I get a blank screen. Can you pls suggest me how I can do my XCM done here.
