Hello

I am trying to fill set up tables for application 12 in background as I try to schdule the job, I was getting the message " datasource 2lis_12_vchdr contains data still to be transfred".

I tried twice and both the time i got same message. so I schdule it for running it immediately and it was runnning for 2 hrs and after that I got the same message that " datasource 2lis_12_vchdr contains data still to be transfred".

so what does this mean ? are the set up tables already filled or I need to do someting else before filling set up tables

can you please guide where I can check the set up tables have been filled sucessfully.

I tried in RSA3 and it is showing data there but I am not sure which mode I should select to see the data and I am also not sure weather this is right place to check the data.

This is kind of urgent pl. help

I will assign full points to right answer.

Krish

check RSA7 in your source system if any delta for 2lis_12* are still having data, if yes, load the data into BW until they show 0.

after all delta showing 0, the error message/warning will go ...

Hi,

Make sure that you don't have data in RSA7 for the extractor. Also make sure that there is no data in the update queues as well. If yes, push that to the delta queues and then pull over the data to BW till both queues are empty.

Then delete the set up tables and then do the set up again.

Cheers,

MC12VC0HDRSETUP is the name of the setup table.

NOTE: The data in this is clustered and will not be very recognizable. Do not expect this table to be in the format of your extract structure (ie. nice field names, queryable).

FYI, the setup tables in R/3 are in the format of MC*SETUP.

Hope this helps.

It is always good to delete the setup table data before doing a new setup run.

Also make sure you have deleted any delta queue you might have for this DS (check in RSA7).

RSA3 is the right place, mode 'F' is fine to get data from setup tables.

You can look at no of records in SE16 in the setup table to see if there is any records filled in the setup table.
